Oreo is one of the most iconic brands in the world and they planned to launch new coconut flavoured OREOs in Hong Kong. They hadn’t launched a new product for over 10 years, so they wanted to make sure that their POP displays were creative and effectively drew attention to their new product.
Because this was OREO’s first new product launch in 10 years, they had a complete through-the-line marketing and advertising strategy planned. We needed to make sure that our POP displays were creative while relating to OREO’s other marketing activities in other channels.
We worked closely with OREO to understand their overall marketing strategy and designed a POP display that was attention-grabbing and remained similar to advertisements in other channels. Our POP display featured a large coconut tree that instantly drew the attention of anyone passing by and also served to communicate the message that there was a new flavour available that was tasty and fun.
