ESG Compliance

 

All staff are required to comply with the Company’s green policies as below:
    • Efficient Use of Energy
            Use and purchase energy-saving hardware whenever possible. e.g. replace incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent ones.
    • Minimize Waste
            Send documents via email unless the customers specifically request that documents have to be sent using an alternate communication channel.
    • Reuse & Recycle
            Reuse misprints as scratch paper and/or shred for packing materials. Print on both sides of your paper. Go paperless, and save files electronically instead of printing.
            Buy recycled when possible. Toner cartridges, paper goods, plastics and more are available recycled now. Recycle as much as you can.
    • Use Less
            Turn off lights, computers and appliances when not in use. Use less of everything, particularly natural resources.
    • Support Green Vendors
            Support vendors who have green policies in place.
    • Promote the “Green”
            Recommend, whenever possible, to client the use of FSC paper and other environmental friendly materials.
